I purchased this 300TE 4Matic in 2005 with around 200,000 miles on the Odometer. At that time, the engine had a blown head gasket. I had a good used low mile engine installed, replaced the transmission as well as the 4Matic transfer case with Sun Valley Mercedes Transmissions rebuilt units. The transfer case supply pump (on the power steering pump) was rebuilt. It is a rust free California car. Carfax report is attached. I have driven it around 30,000 miles. The engine runs extremely well and runs clean. The Transmission and 4 Matic operate flawlessly. Copies of the Mercedes Benz factory 4Matic manual are included. This car looks, runs and drives extremely well. There are a few age related issues: left seat back is worn, crack in the right lower corner of the windshield.
