This auction is for a 1999 Triumph Tropy 1200cc motorcycle, with 18808 miles. It was owned by an older gentlemen, who kept it in his garage since new. Runs nice, and quick. Has some nicks and scratches, but is in nice condition overall. I took photos with the three storage units on, and off. The three storage units have handles like a suitcase, and come off with just the turn of a key. Come take a look. I am also selling my 1996 Honda Shadow VT1100. Not much more to say. Item must be paid for, in full, within 7 business days of end of auction. I do not ship. Local pick up only. If you want it shipped, you are responsible for the shipping and making all arrangements for shipping. Item is for sale locally, so I reserve the right to end the auction at any time. I prefer cash. If you want to pay by check, the motorcycle will not leave my possession until I get confirmation that the check has completely cleared, which has taken over two weeks on occasion. I am not interested in any trades, unless you have an old corvette and want to make an even trade. Item is sold AS IS, meaning that I bought it without any warranty, so I am selling it without any warranty, but also meaning that it will be as represented when you pick it up. In response to a question regarding NO WARRANTY concerns, to clarify, I basically said it runs good but does have some nicks and scratches, so if you come to pick up and it doesn't run well, or has a bent frame, such that it is not as described, you do not have to take it, BUT, if you come and see some nicks and scratches, or decide that you do not like this style motorcycle after winning the bid, you are bound to pay, in full, and there will not be any negotiations as to the price. Apparently there are sellers who provide false descriptions and include language that it is AS IS and that they are not bound by any representations they make, so when you pick up a hunk of junk you are stuck with it. I sell as AS IS, but as described, so as to allow anyone to cancel if it is not as described at the time of pick up. Once it leaves my possession, you are on your own, just as I was when I purchased it. Hope the clarification covers your concern. Thanks
