Today i am selling my 1982 Mercedes 300CD turbo diesel coupe .Mercedes made these legendary cars from 1978 until 1985 , but only for the last 4 years with the turbo version . The 123 series cars are known to be the most reliable and enduring cars Mercedes ever produced . You often find them with 500k miles and still running well . This particular car was finished in black with black MB-tex interior . It is a stunning color combination . Since this car only has 154k miles on it , the interior is also still in great condition . There are no rips or tears in the seats and they are still firm . The carpets are clean and even the wood panels are in wonderful shape . The body is straight and the paint still shines like on a much newer car . I do get compliments on the car all the time . It is a very classy ride . But the nicest thing about my car is the way it drives. It has lots of power on the freeway and in town . It cruises effortlessly with 90mph and still gets between 26-28 miles per gallon of diesel . It has been well maintained and it shows . Just recently we had a service done including fluids and filters and a valve adjustment . The hood-pad was replaced as well . I did take a lot of pictures and they can describe the car better than i could.
