Vehicle Detail
Extremely low hours – about 20 in the last 10 years. The rear tire has 4 hours on it and is the second one ever. Original front tire. I bought it as a low maintenance/bulletproof bike for my dad. He just turned 74 and used it mostly for putting around the yard with the grandkids (no helmet, first gear). For the last 3 years, he has only been riding our TRX300 because of its electric start. Its a shame to see the bike sit. I have 2 CRF250Rs otherwise I would keep it. Upgrades: 1) Edelbrock quicksilver pumper carb – absolutely amazing, instant response, easier start, pulls like my CRF250R. Was about a $450 upgrade (still tempted to try it on my CRF250)2) Racetech suspension front and back set for 200 lbs and much tighter than stock 3) Aluminum case guard 4) CRFs Only Aluminum rear disc guard 5) Front Disc guard 6) New sprockets and O ring chain All the paperwork Never registered Clear Certificate of Manufacture title in hand Owners Manual Honda Service Manual I can deliver it around the Buffalo area for free. I could deliver between Buffalo and Plattsburgh for a small charge if you can wait a couple of extra days for me to head that way. I can work with a shipper or store if you are further *** For those who have asked, I may be able to bring it as far down as NYC/Hudson Valley for a fee as I am there about once a month for work but you would have to pay in full first as I would be driving one way/flying back.*** Second question: I could drop off in Canada in Niagara area. Could possibly do Toronto to Montreal. HOWEVER, you will be buying a U.S. titled bike and will be responsible for importing. The bike is on the RIV acceptable vehicle list.On Jul-27-14 at 12:03:07 PDT, seller added the following information: *** Third question. I can work with your shipper to send the bike wherever. If you are good with bikes and it helps save you on shipping, I can break the bike down a bit (remove wheels, bars, fender, drain gas, drain oil).On Jul-30-14 at 06:10:10 PDT, seller added the following information: *** Fourth question: Clear title in hand (see last picture). For those who are not familiar, the Certificate of Origin is the first title the vehicle ever has. It is sent by the manufacturer (Honda in this case) to the dealer. With cars or street bikes, the buyer usually signs the Certificate of Origin in the showroom and the dealer gives you a state title and plates. For off-road vehicles, the first buyer is not driving it off the lot so they get the actual Certificate of Origin title. You can take that to the state DMV if your state requires off-road registration and get a state issued title in return. This bike never needed to be registered in a state so the title is still the Certificate of Origin. The buyer section on the back of the title is still blank. You would be the first registered buyer.
