Vehicle Detail
For auction 1976 Nova Concours Hatchback, factory 350, 4 barrel, 4 speed, ac, 3.08 gears. Solid rust free Arizona car that I purchased in spring of 2013. Was told car sold new in Phoenix and taken to north Arizona, and that original owner kept until 2008, then sold but rarely driven and then sold to person I bought from in Prescott. It is a very nice driving car. I replaced the master cylinder, calipers, and wheel cylinders, and front brake hoses, had a new ac compressor installed and converted to 134a, put new wheels and tires on it right after I purchased it. I brought it to Washington that summer and drove it some but not a lot, then stored it here for the winter. This summer when I returned I had it painted, installed a new headliner, new clutch, and a Hurst shifter, I also had new dual exhaust installed this summer. Car was originally a vinyl top car but it was removed before I bought it, but I did not replace it, we just painted the whole car. As you can see I did reinstall the top stainless after paint so if you wanted you could have a new one put on. The car still has all stock suspension that has not been altered, and sits and rides nice. It is a very good running and driving car that could be used as a daily driver or a weekend cruiser. The paint is not show quality, but very nice driver quality, no major defects, car only needed very minor body work before paint was done. All lights, wipers, heat and ac work as they should. Wheels are after market corvette 15x8 rear, 255/60/15, 15x6 front, 205/75/15. It still had the stock white walls and hub caps when I bought it. I have put about 2000 miles on it since I bought it and have enjoyed the car very much. Dash is uncut and still has stock am radio, it is missing the speaker but will work with one. There is only one small crack in dash pad that is below the center ac vent but not very noticeable, could be repaired easily. I know its not the most desirable of the Nova line but it is a very nice car. The motor is the stock one to my knowledge, but it has been out at one time as you can see the felpro gaskets, the trans is a Saginaw, I can't find where they were still using Muncie's in 76. If you have any questions feel free to ask. Buyer is responsible for transportation and shipping, but I will work with you to help with shipping. Vehicle is for sale locally, so I reserve the right to end sale early if it sells. Thanks
