Overall this is a reliable car with no significant mechanical issues that I'm aware of. My wife bought this car in 2002 used from A-1 Motors in Memphis. A few years ago it became my car for getting to work when I had to drive or getting me to the train station. I think it's a great car for local commuting or getting around town. We are selling to make room for a mini van in our lives. Cons:All exterior wear and tear is normal except for rear right passenger door, which is scraped and dented and chipped paint on other passenger door. See photos. Somehow water got into the trunk just this past winter. Could have been polar vortex snow. I dried it out and have seen no water since. Air conditioning doesn't seem to work. Blows air, somewhat cooler, but not much.2 years ago I had trouble starting it sometimes without a jump. But I think that was due to infrequent driving. I drove it almost every day during polar vortex and it started consistently. Battery is relatively new and so is alternator. Starter checked out so I never replaced. Couldn't explain the starting problems any other way than infrequent driving.Ignition key is touchy. One direction key won't turn. Flip it and wiggle it a bit and it will start. Manual windows and locks.Pros:No significant mechanical issues since we've owned it. Normal stuff (above) and pretty reliable.Front two tires are new. Rear two are in good condition.Let me know if you have any questions.
