1964 Triumph Trophy

Up for sale again a 1964 Triumph Bonneville 650 T120R DU10150 chopper / roadster matching motor and frame... I already have two other Triumphs and 1 of them is a basket case ... so I don't think I can get to this one for awhile and need to let it go......I bought this bike from my neighbor and he has had it for more then 30 years ... just like it is...he retired from UPS and had met a co-worker that had this project going and bought it from him .... the coworker had the motor rebuilt... tires were new everything looked new 30 years ago...the chrome is rusty and its always been stored covered up ... I turned the motor just enough to see a new piston in the spark plug hole "see photos " and all the gaskets look new... my mechanic from D&D cycle thinks it looks rebuilt to him, the trans shifts up and down OK ... I love the look of the 64 with the harmonic tank badge and the cool tank rack...... Has no title ... only a bill of sell.....My mechanic says its not that hard to get an antique title for these bikes .....you take the frame and motor and have it looked at the DMV and when the bike is ready to ride go get it inspected and can get the temporary title official... has had some grinding done around the back tank attachment ... all the weld jobs look good comes with swing arm , stand, valve covers and king queen seat... please look at the photos and if you have any questions , let me know....... the 2 NOS carburetterss I'm selling on ebay came with this bike also
