For sale is a 1972 BMW R75/5. This bike has been my project for 3 years. The bike has been lowered about 5 inches, converted to a hardtail frame, modified and painted frame, rebulit engine, replaced clutch and components, all new gaskets, new Mikuni carburetors, New Factory BMW Exhaust, New tires, New Wheel Bearings, New Paint, Leater solo seat from vintage Indian Scout (freshly recovered), Hand Made Leather saddle bags that snap on and off, Removable luggage rack, electric start or crank start. Bike runs great and rides good. This bike is a hardtail and rides like a hardtail. It is fun to ride and gets lots of looks. I entered the bike in a bike show before it was completed and it won best bike of the show. This bike is truly one of a kind. You do not see many BMW bobbers. Please ask questions before bidding.
