Hello and thanks for looking at this auction. Yes this is a 1965 911, it is titled as a 1966 but the VIN number is for 1965. (301773) It has a 1970 2.2 engine in it #6107164 (911/07 2.2L out of 1970 911 T). It has a 5 speed transmission #237339 ( 902/1 Dog-leg 5 speed) and it possibly is original. Mileage is 86434 and original color was #6404 (Light Ivory). But as you can see the body has been changed on all 4 fenders to a wider fender kit. The glass is still original, as with dash , rear seats, doors, handles, panels(but were drilled for speakers), hood , gauges, and front turn signals, rear seats, headliner(but it has been re dyed). It is rotted out at battery box , floor is fairly intact, but has some rust through in the corners and flat foot well areas. It has an aftermarket body kit on it with flared fenders. The blue paint is a repaint job that covers to much. Window trim has been blacked out. Engine does run but will need carb work and tune up , it has good oil pressure. Charging system is not working and there is a noise coming from the alternator area under the blower housing(scraping). Aftermarket parts are 16" Enkei wheels, Dino steering wheel, Front seats, Center consul home made(?), Under dash is home made, horn grills are 2 screw not 4 screw, clutch seems to work ok. Comes with 1 extra zenith parts carb. Has a clean Michigan Title. The buyer will be required to deposit $2000.00 to Paypal within 24 hours following the sale. The balance of money due will be sent by money order or certified check that will be deposited and allowed to clear the bank before the vehicle can be shipped or picked up. This could take from 10 to 20 days. The buyer is to take care of anything to do with shipping or transport. Pickup time needs to be arranged because the vehicle is being kept at a business.
