For Parts or Repair: 2001 LAND ROVER DISCOVERY II (2) 85,641 Miles Hello, You are looking at our very gently driven Land Rover. The repairs were too expensive for us to justify getting this fixed so we are selling it as is. I will clearly state all known issues to the best of my ability We purchased this car when it had 26,000 miles on it and we are the 2nd owners of this vehicle. It has never been in an accident. Here is a quick rundown on what happened. This is my mother in law's vehicle that we offered to sell for her on eBay, it has a clear and clean title: a couple of weeks ago- they were driving it on the road and the front drive shaft broke, is spun around loosely and damaged the transmission housing as well- (See last 3 pictures). Go to the site below to see a full 3D Zoomable view of this car CLICK HERE Areas that need/may need repairs: Front Drive Shaft- Broke off while driving Transmission housing- Damaged by drive shaft Power Steering fluid has a slow leak Front 2 Windows (Driver and passanger) barely work- they either need new motors or switches. Front Door locks (Driver and passanger) do not work - Only Manually Rear Trunk door lock does not work -Only Manually Other than the above issues- this car ran very well before the drive shaft broke. Tires and battery are both fairly new and still have a lot of life in them This car was very well maintained, we have never driven it off road. (it currently has 85,641 Miles) What you see in the pictures is exactly what you will get EXCEPT for the Rear wheel cover (you can see the rear Wheel cover in the 2nd photograph that comes with the vehicle) and interior Seat Covers (I have removed them on the interior pictures so you can see the seats).- We may sell those separately on eBay.
