Vehicle Detail
This motorcycle was recently dropped so there are some repairs that are needed. The front forks will need to be adjusted. The handlebars will also need to be adjusted. Both front shocks operate properly. The left rear view mirror will need to be replaced as it is bent. There are scratches on the left and right rear turn signals. There are some scratches on the left battery/tool housing cover. There is some melted shoe material on the exhaust pipes. The motorcycle passed the North Carolina safety inspection on 5/30/2014. A new set of tires will be needed soon. All electrical controls operate properly and the motorcycle runs well. This cruiser is full of pep and gets about 60 mpg. The tool kit is in place and the owner's manual is included. With a few repairs, the new owner will have a nice, low miles cruiser motorcycle. I have included photos of all damaged areas. The motorcycle pictured is the one up for bids. I am asking for a $250 deposit via Paypal within 48 hours of the sale with the balance due in cash when the vehicle is picked up. I will not deliver or ship. Pick-up must be made locally within 7 calendar days of the end of the sale. This motorcycle is being sold as is, where is with no warranties either written or implied. The purchaser assumes all responsibility/liability from the operation of this vehicle. If you have any questions or need more photographs, please let me know. If you would like to inspect the motorcycle before the end of the sale, I will be glad to set an appointment for you to do so.On Jul-04-14 at 11:09:10 PDT, seller added the following information: I have added additional photos of the front, rear and top of the vehicle to help answer questions about the condition. It was dropped in the area where these photos were made as I was turning it around and lost my balance. Both shock absorbers in the front forks move up and down freely. You can clearly see that the handlebar needs to be aligned. Please note that I am not a mechanic and can only describe the condition of the bike from my perspective including things that are obvious and things that may need repair or may only be cosmetic. After the drop, I did operate the bike for approximately 100 miles and during this time, I could not detect anything unusual. Please feel free to ask any questions you have or contact me about coming by to inspect the bike for yourself. Thanks for your interest.
