I am selling a used and in near mint condition 2013 Shelby GT500 in grabber blue with black stripes. Vehicle is a one owner (me) and has been garaged pretty much its entire life and has never seen the highway or major use. I purchased the vehicle new in Oct of 2012 and the factory warranty remains in effect from the manufacture. There are no mechanical issues with the car of any type (that are known) and the vehicle has never been taken past half throttle or over 4k RPM's as part of the clutch break-in process (1k miles). The paint is in extremely good condition with an amazing shine and has been washed with only the most quality products on the market. There are a few rock chips on the paint on the front bumper driver side area (see pics), a small paint imperfection from the factory under the driver headlight (see pics), and some minor rock chips on the side rocker panels which is common for this car but none are major and hardly visible unless you look for them. The inside of the vehicle still smells and looks new with minor wear on the leather seats that comes with driving a car (see pics). Options on the car are heated leather seats and the technology package (NAV) with bluetooth. Overall I would rate this vehicle a solid 9 out of 10 for overall quality and mechanical conditions, clean title. For modifications, only the following has ever been done to this car along with the paid price you are getting for free by purchasing the car: Airraid blue oiless air filter ($60) FRPP resinator delete ($60) JLT painted grabber blue hood struts ($90) JLT & TruCarbon carbon fiber rock panel guards ($225) Bob's carbon fiber oil seperators on driver and passenger side ($300) 20% window tint professionally installed all the way around ($280) Ford lockpick unit ($259) Rear backup camera ($100) Loyd's Shelby GT500 floor mats (black) in front and rear ($150) Stubby Antenna ($50) Tinted front bumper and rear bumper marker lenses (can be removed) ($20) Tinted rear tail lights (can be removed) ($30) I have all the factory parts and can put them back on or ship with the car in the trunk, this is up to the buyer to decide at the time of purchase. Vehicle has never been tuned or seen any real performance mods, factory warranty will transfer to the new owner. Please make sure to read the entire auction terms and conditions agreement before bidding, these are non-negociatable and deal will be void if you do not agree. I will not accept paypal on this vehicle except for the initial $500 deposit or any other form of payment not specified in the terms listed below and will not transport the car out of the country. MSRP on this vehicle is $57,6k without tax/tag/dealer fees so do yourself a favor and save thousands vs. having to deal with a local dealership. The original window sticker, books that come with the car, 3 sets of keys will be included (one is an uncut/unprogrammed flip key that can be used to replace the factory standard key) and all the original parts that were swapped out will be included in this auction. Auction Terms & Conditions: Buyer will agree to sign and have notorized a bill of sale which will be sent by seller (me) at the time of purchase via mail or fax. Buyer must agree to pay $500 deposit on vehicle within 48 hours following the auction via paypal (non-refundable for any reason) or the vehicle will be relisted and a non-payment filed with ebay. Seller will only accept cash, bank wire, certified bank or loan check within the first 10 business days following the auction. This money must clear my account and will be used to pay off loan with my leinholder before vehicle will be shipped to the buyer, there are NO exceptions to this so please plan on there being a leadtime before the vehicle can be shipped after payment is sent and received. Seller will agree to provide all required documents to the buyer via fax or regular mail in which the buyer must sign and agree to before title ownership is transfered which will be mailed overnight with tracking to the buyer. Buyer is responsible for arranging local pickup of vehicle or shipping of vehicle within 10 business days of transaction in which the seller (me) has no liability of any damage that might be sustained due to inadequate handling of the vehicle or shipment damage. If buyer bids and wins auction but fails to any of the forementioned agreement items, the sale will be null and void based on the seller's (me) discretion and a chargeback with ebay will be filed. Buyer has the option of paying for a vehicle inspection from a local dealership in which the seller will agree to take the vehicle to for certification if so desired. If the inspection option is waived, the seller is not responsible for any mechnical issues with the vehicle other than what is listed within this auction or what is present upon immediate delivery of the vehicle.
