I really have done my best to describe the condition of this vehicle. I will answer all questions that are asked by potential bidders. I will supply any pictures required as long as I am given sufficient time to do so before the auction ends. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ This Vehicle was my father-in-law’s. If he had a problem with it, he always brought it to the Lexus dealer. We have owned the vehicle for the past 6 years. It has not seen any real use in the last 3 years. Prior to that, I had used it with confidence on several 600 road trips. I still have confidence that I could drive it anywhere without a problem. I have driven the vehicle about 15K over the past 6 years or so. If you decide to fly in and drive it back to your destination, I do not take any responsibilities for any problems that may occur. We are about 15 miles west of Logan Airport. About 3 months ago a local cab company in Lexington, MA charged with tip about $85 dollars to go from Logan Airport to my door. Upon request the vehicle can be seen and driven by anyone interested in purchasing the vehicle. The vehicle is not registered. But we live a rural setting and it can be driven down our road to verify the stated condition. CONDITION KNOWN PROBLEMS: · It failed the emissions check in 2013. However, in Massachusetts Vehicle inspection only require safety checks and not emissions tests after a vehicle is 15 years old. So this vehicle WOULD pass Massachusetts Vehicle inspection at this point based upon the last inspection results. · The air condition compressor needs to be changed. · The passenger door has a very large scrape on it. There is a dent in the trunk lid. I have a replacement door skin in perfect condition that can be purchased outside of this auction for $100. · The driver’s seat leather is worn. · On the inside window door trim there is a crack in the leather. See picture. · It takes more effort than it should to open and close the doors. · Some LEDs for the air conditioning blower outlet selection are not all lit. · The TRAC light comes on at times. · The antenna does not fully extend, see picture. · The Gel coat on the roof is damaged, see picture. Small dings and paint chips on other areas of the vehicle. THE GOOD: · The car always starts up immediately. The engine runs smoothly. It doesn’t burn oil. · No problems with the transmission. · There are no rust areas anywhere on the body. · No problems with the exhaust system, except that the hanger bracket on the end of the tailpipe is broken. It has a repair that works. · The vehicle drives very well. · The brakes are good although a little soft. · The CD player in the trunk works · The tires are decent, and will certainly pass inspection. · It has fresh gas in it. Every six months or so the vehicle has seen enough use to keep it from fouling. · From the maintenance records starting at 98K miles I have the following repair information: 1. Oil and filter were changed every 4-5K miles 2. Timing belt replaced at 190K miles 3. Throttle Body changed at 174K miles 4. Front Calipers changed at 159K miles 5. Replaced Power Steering pump 159K miles 6. Replaced Starter Motor at 117K miles 7. The rear rotors and pads replaced 210K miles 8.
