I have owned this truck for several years and it has been 100% reliable. I have never had any trouble with it. It always starts and runs well. It seats 6 passengers. The original owner got sick and then his sister titled it and sold the truck to me. Technically I am the third owner but the second never drove it. When I purchased the truck it had gone through a factory conversion process- giving it fiberglass running boards and a custom paint scheme on the side. The engine bay and back side of the body panels have a rust preventer sprayed on them. This must have been done when the truck was new because it kept nearly all of the rust away. I didn't want the running boards on there because they hold dirt, salt, etc and have a tendency to cause rust. I paid for a paint job because I wanted the truck to be all white. Prior to the paint job some rust was identified in the rear wheel wells on both sides where the running boards had been. These areas were cut out and new body panels were put in place. The wheel wells and bottom of the body panels were treated with Por15 (heavy duty rust preventive) and bedliner was installed in these areas as the photos show. I do not see ANY rust currently in these areas. The last 3 photos show the rust free undersides of the doors and the underside of the tailgate. There are a few imperfections in the paint that never bothered me enough to fix. They are only noticeable if you are looking for them and they don't turn out in a photo. When I purchased the truck I put a 2" lift on it. Up front are 2'' larger springs and additional airbags for full support. The rear has a 2" suspension lift done with blocks and also an "add-a-leaf" spring by Helwig on both sides for further payload capacity. When the lift was put on I replaced all 3 u joints up front, installed new wheel bearings, brakes and manual locking Warn hubs. I installed Bilstein shocks all around. I then immediately had the truck professionally aligned and I have the receipt if you would like to see it. The tires are wearing evenly as they should. There is still plenty of tread left but they are older. I have 2 dealer window stickers from when the truck was new. The truck also comes with the owners manual. Everything on the truck, in the photos, is included. This includes bed rail protectors, tonneau cover, 12v charger device (3 plugs) plus usb charger mounted on dash with double sided tape, etc. Overall I would rate the: Mechanics- 10/10- I've never had any trouble and it has been maintained exceptionally well. It starts and runs like it should, every time. Exterior- 9/10 There are a few imperfections in the paint that never bothered me enough to pursue, no rust great condition for its age Interior- 9/10 There are no rips or tears in the seats, non-smoker, I used a floor mat but there are a few places that the carpet is a little less than perfect. Looks great though! I am not a professional mechanic, body man, etc. so feel free to come and look at this truck before bidding. I have done my best to explain what I know about this truck in a fair and balanced way. All work that was done was completed with the intention of me keeping this truck for a very long time. Clearly, most of its life is ahead of it but I am not offering a warranty at this time. I am only selling because I plan to do more camping and have decided that I would like a camper-van with a mattress. I am not interested in a trade. The truck is sold "as is where is" in Holland, Michigan. Please plan accordingly so that the truck can be picked up within 1 week of the end of this auction.
