This is probably one of the best 300TE wagons out there. I’m second owner and purchased in Florida 5 years ago. Based upon the description that follows, you will deduce that I’m fanatical about my cars and have the means to service and maintain them properly. Currently has 162k on the clock and is driven daily. Always garaged, both at home and at work. All systems functional including vacuum door locks, heat, AC, power windows, switches, sun roof; you name it. Majority of service listed below performed at the local Mercedes dealership and I have all records to prove it. The typical problem areas with the W124 model have been addressed including: head gasket; rear hydro-pneumatic shocks; AC evaporator and blower motor – all are very expensive repairs. Starts right up and will cruise at 80 mph all day effortlessly. I would have no hesitation driving anywhere and back again. Interior is in MB Tex and in perfect condition. Wood veneer on center console is perfect no cracks or scratches in varnish. Headliner – perfect. Exterior is also in excellent condition with no rust. Has typical small door dings and small pits on front from road debris, but nothing major. Front left fender was repaired (replaced) this year due to a hit a run in a parking lot. Body work is outstanding and not noticeable. No 3rd row seat. The car has a couple small issues that I know of. The windshield has a very small star on the passenger side (below eye level) that has never grown since I’ve owned the car. The cruise control works, but a few minutes after engaging, a very slight pulse in speed develops that can be a bit annoying. Also, the car alarm was disconnected due to a faulty connection with the door lock. All floor mats are original and still presentable, but new owner might want to replace. The driver’s seat belt can be a bit slow to retract. That’s it. This will be listed once and highest bid wins. Bid to win - no reserve. Clean and clear title in hand.
