We purchase mustangs as a hobby and took this car in trade on another. We don't have documentation though we believe this is an original 60,860 mustang convertible. Car runs and drives fine and everything is in working condition. That includes lights, brakes, heater, wipers, horn, and aftermarket radio. Car is original gulfstream aqua ford code F with matching original interior of aqua color. Carpet has been replaced and is faded. Seats, dash pad, are original and in very nice condition, no rips or tears. Car has ford seat belts. Convertible top is fairly new nice condition. Top is manual and works fine. Car has optional turn signal hood and that works fine. Car has correct deluxe woodgrain steering wheel. Car has newer front and rear bumpers that are very nice, and exterior mirrors on both sides are new. Convertible stainless and glass is very nice. Trunk floors are very nice. Now what needs attention. The underside of car has been patched and is usable as is, but the rest of this car is so nice it should be redone correctly. Doors open and close with nice gaps, and car does not sag. Optional pop open gas cap functions correctly. Under the hood is original 200 6 cyl motor and entire engine compartment looks as it should. Air cleaner still sports original stickers of 200 6cyl. Car has 3speed transmission shifts nicely and drives at highway speeds fine. Car could be driven anywhere. Car has newer tires and correct hub caps. Interior sports original 68 mustang console, in nice shape with aftermarket radio and speakers that works find. A summer cruiser with the top down.
