The stated auction terms must be observed to maintain this guarantee. This is a beautiful looking 2003 Acura TL with 97,547 miles. This car is equipped with the power sunroof, heated seats, leather interior, and lots of other features. All of the power equipment has been checked and tested, and everything in this Acura is working properly. The only real fault in the 1999 - 2003 TL's was transmission issues. The transmission in this car was just replaced in June with a new one that is under warranty, which included the hardware and software updates so it should never be a problem again. This TL runs and drives beautifully, and there aren’t any service indicators or warning lights on. The 3.2L VTEC engine runs very strong and smoothly. The suspension and steering feel nice and tight. The complete set of Michelin tires were installed by the owner and are all showing excellent tread. The brake pads are all in excellent condition as well. The oil and filter and the air filter were changed last week. This Acura is ready to be picked up and driven home. The “Naples Gold Metallic” exterior of this TL looks terrific with nothing other than some minor imperfections and nicks in the front. The paint is super glossy and lustrous over the entire body. There aren’t any dents or scratches, and there isn’t any body rust at all. The undercarriage is clean, dry and in excellent condition. The interior has been very well maintained and is in terrific condition. All of the leather seats are soft and supple with only normal wear on the left side of the driver seat. The carpeting is fluffy and in excellent condition throughout this car. This was a non-smoker owned vehicle, and there aren’t any smoke odors inside this vehicle. The vehicle history report for this car is clean and the title is clear, and there aren’t any liens or encumbrances. This Acura runs beautifully, and I wouldn’t hesitate to jump in and drive this TL anywhere in the country. REGISTRATION, TITLES & FEES: Out of state purchasers do not pay any Pennsylvania sales tax. A $60 fee will be added to the final sale price of each online transaction, which will cover document fees and preparation, notarizations, and courier costs. Temporary Transit Tags are available through the state of PA for $50, which will provide valid registration for a period of 30 days. In order to obtain this tag, please provide proof of insurance for any vehicle that you presently own. Titles are available to the buyer immediately upon full irrevocable payment, which is performed by bank wire transfer, cash in person, or certified personal check. Otherwise, the title will be sent to you after your payments have cleared our bank. Occasionally, a title is still being processed by the state and we will issue free temporary registration until the title is received. All vehicles we sell on eBay are stored in a separate secured facility and we require that all vehicles be picked up within ten days of auction completion. Storage charges after ten days will be charged at $15/day for cars, and more for trucks and larger vehicles depending on size. We will try to exercise some flexibility to accommodate special requests regarding our terms, if they are placed before the auction ends.
