I have a 1966 Chevy Chevelle SS 396 4 speed 2 door hard top. Yes this a real 396 SS 4 speed car not a clone. The car lost its goodies at some point in its life. Has no motor or trans and the 12 bolt has been replaced with a 10 bolt. The cowel tag is in place and does decode the car to be a Real SS 4 spd 396 car. The Vin Tag is in place also. The car was a turquise on turquise from the Factory. The car does have rust in the floors and in the trunk (see pics).Does have two sections of trunk pan that come with it,they have got rusty from time and moisture but look like they was new parts never installed.You can blast them and they will be good to go if wanted. The body has rust in lower quarters behind the rear wheels and bottom of front fenders and has spot by back glass and some spots by the winshield so all and all the car hs normal rust for a 66 chevelle. The car has a set of buckets but look like early 70 or 71 buckets to me. The rear seat is in place. The door panles are all gone. The headliner is out. The glass is good. The steering colum is wrong and is from a monte carlo.Does have some hood hinges and misc parts that go with the car.I did not check to make sure they go with the car but was in trunk.The frame is nice and solid. Again this a project car but hard to find a reall SS 396 car. The car comes with a Bill of Sale only. No title !!
