You are bidding on a 1931 Ford Model A Roadster pickup. This fun little truck has a 4 bolt main 350 Chevy, new 4 barrel Edelbrock carb and aluminum intake, chrome shorty headers, electric cooling fan, independent front suspension with new adjustable coil over shock/spring set up, disc brakes, chrome rack and pinion steering, new flaming river tilt column, new optima battery, folding soft top, nice interior, digital gauge panel, 1 wire alternator, new wiring, glass wing vents, new brookville bed with custom side panels and rear section, new wood and hardware in bed, professionally built, welded and installed 4 bar set up with panhard bar on the 8 inch Ford rear end with 3.00 gears and new posi set up, new adjustable shocks in the rear, new wide white tires in the rear, good used tires on the front, new wheels, caps and beauty rings and new exhaust with 2 chamber flowmaster mufflers. Car starts right up and goes into gear with a smooth hydraulic clutch. It has a Muncie 4 speed. Fun to drive, very quick little car. It is hard to describe a car in a paragraph and some pictures on the screen. This is a 1931 car. Not new. The body and paint on the car are decent. This is not a show car by any means. It is driven locally to shows and around town. It is not kept in a heated garage and is not a trailer queen. There are some scratches in the paint, chips in the paint, there are some runs in the paint, the yellow color is not exactly the same on the some of the body parts, the frame is painted not powder coated, the car is a work in progress. If you are looking for the most perfect awesome $100,000 pick up for $10,000 then this truck is not for you. If you can enjoy it the way it is than that is great. If you are looking for something to take apart and make better with your touch that is good too. The motor in this car is very touchy and temperamental. It has a cam in it does not like to idle that well. We have tried to de tune the motor as best we can to make it a cruiser but you pretty much have to be on the gas most of the time or keep it in 3rd gear to keep the rpm's up. The car flat gets with it when you kick it and is real fun to stomp the gas but if we were going to keep the car it would get a more drivable and mild cam. The car runs nice and cool and the fan kicks in just as it should. Please look at the pics and email for more information. Truck is selling as is where is. There are no warranties implied expressed or given. The truck is registered as a 1931 Ford in CA with a clear title and has current tags. A $500 paypal deposit will be required within 48 hours of the auction close. The odometer and speedometer do not work, the mileage is unknown to me, it reads "0". Also, there is no sending unit provision in the gas tank, it also reads "0". You have to take off the cap and basically look inside. The turn signals work as do tail/brake lights, horn and headlights. If you want to have the car transported please check the rates before you win, buyer to pay all transport fees but I can help out in any other way by dropping it at a local shipping terminal for free. If you want to fly in and drive the car home there is no reason that I know of that it won't make a trouble free ride but please remember this is a old car and I am not a fortune teller.
