Vehicle Detail
2003 Buick Park Avenue Ultra 4-door luxury sedan with 79,254 original certified miles. A true gem cloaked in pearl white paint! This chassis is the last of it's kind!! And once they're gone, they're gone for good... Smooth riding, great mileage, solid-built car. Carfax certified vehicle. Gorgeous and hard-to-find pearl white exterior finish with plush tan leather interior along with gorgeous wood trimmed accents. 2003 is the only year that offers the largest seating area with the small center console along with the premium wood trim. Gran Touring Package, power everything, supercharged engine, side air bags, OnStar, auto-dimming mirrors, rain-sensing wipers, heads up display (HUD), plush leather interior, power sliding moonroof, dual power seats, multi-disc CD with premium Bose sound, premium 17" chrome rims with nice radials showing good treadlife remaining (see pics), factory stainless dual exhaust with chrome tips, rear park assist, traction control, automatic climate controlled air conditioning (AC is very cold), professionally tinted windows, keyless entry, remote trunk/gas door release (locking), etc.. Newer brake pads and discs (less than 6 months) with warranty remaining. All owner's manuals (see pics) and lots of paperwork, including maintenance records, extra keys, etc. Clean title in my name. The body is very clean and straight. There are no major scratches in the finish, just a small ding in the right front fender that can only be seen under certain light. The bumpers are in great condition and so are all of the exterior lenses. The seats are in great condition throughout. The door panels show no damage or wear. The factory floor mats are included, helping to demonstrate how well it has been cared for. The headliner is not sagging. The power sunroof works great. Car has been in Atlanta and Texas all of its life (NO salt ever!), the clean Carfax verifies this, no corrosion--underside of the car looks close to new! You won't find most cars up here in this kind of shape. These cars are commonly sought out by salespersons and people who must travel for a living, as they are known for being uber-reliable with minimal maintenance and are know for going over 300k miles on stock engine and trans. Well taken care of and maintained, waxed religiously. Only selling due to lack of use.Legendary 3.8 V6 engine/auto trans combo. I welcome anyone who would like to stop by and check the car out or test drive, or have a mechanic go through it. We are located in northeastern Indiana. Will also help with arranging delivery/pick up of vehicle for out of state buyers who wish to fly into Fort Wayne International airport. Note: This Buick is also listed locally and mileage may increase some with test drives or daily use. On May-23-14 at 04:26:23 PDT, seller added the following information: The new title check service that eBay is using considers an emissions/safety check, of which the car passed every year in Texas, as a vehicle event (same story for the loan). For some unknown reason, it grades down for these "events". If you do a Carfax, you will find the same information but it does not grade the car down--it is above average. It is also shows where we switched the Indiana title in April of 2013 to meet residency requirements to get approved for our home mortgage up here in Indiana, but we only made the sale on our property in Texas last month and moved the car up here for good right after that. A lot of the later miles are easy highway miles from our trips between Indiana/Texas to visit one another in this transition period. To answer one other question, all of the original spare tire/jack equipment is in the trunk, I'm not sure it has ever been used. It looks mint and clean and I have photos of the trunk pan that I can happily share that shows no corrosion or rust of any sort in the bottom. Thanks for the interestOn May-30-14 at 05:28:45 PDT, seller added the following information: I appreciate everyone who has come to inspect/test drive the car. People have been very thorough and there are some items that I want to point out for full disclosure. The car drives very smooth and has been very reliable for us. While being in very nice shape, it is an 10+ year old car and is not perfect: there are some paint chips on the right front door, and there's a scratch down the right passenger door/rear fender (not too deep, but may be in more than just the clear coat? But not down to the metal). I have photos of both but eBay won't let me upload any additional photos. I will email them to you if you ask. The rest of the car is very clean, no major door dings or other chips that I can see anywhere. I am the second (and third, if you look at the carfax) private owner, due to the title transfer when we moved from Texas to Indiana. I purchased the Buick from a Cadillac dealer who took it on trade from the elderly first owner. We have never done any major mechanical or body work on the car of any kind. The underside of the engine/trans is pretty clean, some light oil residue that has built up over time in a few areas--we've never had the engine cleaned either. We will not accept cash offers lower than the Buy it Now price, we will let the auction run out. Thanks!
