I am selling my 2004 ford explorer. IT NEEDS A TIMING CHAIN. I started it in driveway and the plastic nylon timing chain guide broke loose. SHUT OFF ENGINE IMMEDIATELY. Most miles are country driving. Everything except heated seats. Been a great car for us. Sunroof, tow package, tires at least 50%. Transmission service right before timing chain went was going to drive to Florida for vacation. Burns no oil, Two front axles replaced in fall, Wheel hub bearings except left front replaced too. I do have new left wheel hub, will go with car. Newer battery. Headliner has been repaired at windshield. All leather seats. Driver seat worn some. New front brakes and rotor. Maintenance on this car has been done on time. Left rear taillight lens cracked, paint/rust bubble over left rear wheel, easy fix. The wife will clean interior this weekend.
