1970 Triumph Bonneville 650cc T120R Chasis & REBUILT Engine!!! Matching Numbers!!!!! Complete as shown in photographs, no other parts are sold in this auction except what is specifically shown in the photographs (24 of them). This Triumph Bonneville frame and engine is complete and comes with a clear state title! It is NOT a salvage or reconstructed title. The engine on this bike is in excellent, immaculate, complete condition as shown in the photographs!! This engine has been professionally restored to full working condition and is ready to be mounted. Parts used in the rebuild are as follows: .020 over forged pistions and moly rings, Made In England RHP main bearings on both sides of the crankshaft, Clevite rod bearings, Morgo high volume oil pump, stainless valves on both intakes and exhaust, .002 over bronze guides on both intake and exhaust, Barnett clutch pack and alloy plates, Barnet clutch springs, High Performance aluminum alloy pressure plate, Made In England RHP bearings in transmission, aftermarket 100 watt two wire stator, The stock points ignition was replaced with a brand new PAZON ignition system. Engine is ready to fire up and time the ignition. The exhaust ports have been exposed in the photographs to show this engine has NEVER been fired up since being rebuilt. All covers have been professionally polished. Every factory part on this engine that was cad plated from the factory has been re cad plated including the nuts, 12 point nuts on engine cylinder base, washers and even the studs. Heck even the gear shift inner plunger as well as kick shift plunger that sticks through their respective covers were re cad plated. This whole rebuild was taken to the highest show quality level as is shown in the pictures. There is no damage on this engine whatsoever. NO repaired fins on the head or cylinders and NO repaired threads in the exhaust ports screw in stubs! The transmission gears shift smoothly and freely, synchros were in perfect condition at time of rebuild. The serial numbers on the engine and frame both read T120R and are a match to both frame and engine. The small factory stamped Triumph logos are present on the engine serial number pad as the area has never been damaged or changed in any way. The frame is also in good condition, though all are used parts the chassis comes with wheels, complete brake hubs, correct 15/12 Smiths rear speedo drive, chain adjusters, handle bars, original LUCAS horn / high beam light switch and kick stand. This frame is an original 1970 Triumph Bonneville frame and has never been molested or cut. The only damage I can find is a small dent as is shown in the photograph.
