1977 Porsche 911s Targa This is a very nice car! I would consider it an arrive and drive car. It runs very well. I gave this car to a family member about 2 years ago to drive and enjoy. It has been flawless for him. VIN: 9117211459 Engine Number: 6273220 Color Code: 944-0-3 Mileage: 143000 THE GOOD: The car runs awesome. The engine shows signs of being reworked. I don’t have any documentation though. It starts and runs very nicely. The interior has been redone in a nice velour cloth material. The dash is very nice…straight and crack free. The door panels are in great shape. The carpet is good. Overall it has a very nice interior. It has a rare and vintage Blaupunkt Dallas AM/FM/cassette player with the gooseneck controls. It has been repainted once in its original gold metallic color. The paint is well done. There are a couple of chips in the paint where a bicycle fell on the driver side rear fender. Look closely at the pictures. There is no rust damage. The targa top is in great shape. The seals are decent. There are 4 new Kuhmo tires on it. The tool kit is included. I have the title in hand, in my name, ready to transfer. THE NOT SO GOOD: Like all early 911’s it leaks a little oil. And the chips in the paint mentioned above. That is about it.
