1983 Honda Shadow

Selling my 1983 Honda Shadow VT500 project bike with title. I bought it with the intentions of turning it into a bobber, but just haven't gotten around to it. The bike does run and drive, but does need work. It has trouble starting and has a low idle. The carbs need to be balanced and probably the idle mixture adjusted. Carbs are clean and were jetted. It has pod filters, but also includes the stock air box. It has the stock exhaust system, but the previous owned did drill out the baffles with four holes. It will need some wiring were someone wiring in some inline fuses rather than replacing the top fuse panel on the handle bars, but it does work fine. Front brake needs fluid, but I can't get the top reservoir screw out to fill it. It does need some attention before it is truly a ride-able bike, but I do ride it around the neighbor hood about once a week to keep it from sitting. Aside from not being properly tuned it rides fine and shifts through all six gears perfectly. That being said I to recommend trailering the bike home as it isn't reliable enough currently for a road trip. Would be a killer bike when finished in any style I just need the money for other things right now. I will also include a vt750 parts bike I have that doesn't have a title if I can get a little over my reserve price. If you have any questions feel free to ask. Thanks for looking and happy bidding.
