This touring car was originally from Nebraska. Engine and frame serial numbers match. Car is running and a new battery was just installed . Has current NY State registration.. Just about all components were sand blasted, primed and painted with body off, chassis was disassembled. Body was sandblasted in and out and is very solid. Doors are exceptional and all latch mechanisms work well. Rear center section had small holes after blasting and I had a new one installed tto replace it . The center section between the front and rear doors also has a new section installed on easch side. Still needs some items to complete but its a very nice solid car. Top sockets are in original paint and all exceptional except right front socket needs some metal and tig welding at the curved over stanchion area. Stanchions are NOS. Car has vaporizer and exhaust is installed. wiring is all new. Some is hooked up but some is not. Horn is a restored unit and coils are rebuilt with capacitors from Langs. Radiator leaks a little and I would say needs a new core..Gas tank has beeen boiled out and sloshed with Langs sealer. Has 7+ gallons of gas in it. All front end rebuilt. Nice tight wheel bearings. The wood wheels have some original blk paint left on but need paint or stain. The split rims and wheels are near perfect and not the usual wheels that are rusted/rotted from outdoors storage over decades. I was told rear end had been rebuilt when I purchased this car but I did not tear it down. U joint I did replace with nice tight unit. Tires are Firestones and tread is no longer NY state legal. Car needs windscreen, seat springs and all upholstery & top. Vehicle will be released when payment clears my bank, exception is of course cash. I will help load vehicle but hauling is at your expense. Repeat I will not ship. I am also looking for a solid '33 or '34 Ford body if you have one.. I had this car running today and starts right up ! Has 12 volt starter and battery. No apparent knocks or noises in this motor. Just changed the oil. :
