Today i am listing my 1985 Mercedes 300TD turbo diesel wagon . After looking for a nice one a long time , we bought it last year and intended to keep it forever . After purchasing it we had our mechanic go through the car and it runs great . There are no oil leaks and even the AC blows ice cold and from all the vents . It always starts up right away , has great power and shifts smoothly through all the gears . It is fun to drive in town and even more so on the freeway .The body and the paint are in wonderful condition throughout . There are no dings or dents and the paint shines like new , as you can see in the many pictures . The interior is also clean . The seats are in good condition and only the carpet in the rear cargo area is showing some wear . The tires are in great shape all around and the brakes have only 500 miles on them . This wagon also came with the rear cargo net , which can also be taken out . I would really like to sell this car to somebody locally , who could actually come out and see it / test drive it . But i would also be willing to help with shipping arrangements or an airport pick up . ( LAX ) This is a great looking and running 29 year old car and it will be sold " as is" , " where is " and without a warranty . Please do all your " due diligence" BEFORE placing a bid .
