Description We are re-listing this automobile due to a non-paying bidder. Please do not bid unless you intend to purchase the vehicle. You are looking at a survivor 1977 Ford LTD Landau, with the 400 V8 and 58,557 original miles. It was consigned by a local family who purchased the car new in Cudahy, Wisconsin and babied this car. If you cannot view all the photos, please click here. This Ford LTD was the owner's cherished possession and has been extremely well kept. It has been garage stored and well maintained. This car appears to be completely stock. Note that it has the original seat covers, engine, body panels and some original paint. It also has extremely low miles. It has seen few if any winters. Mechanically, this runs surprisingly well. However, we are unsure if the AC works, and the clock is intermittent. The headlight covers work well, and the exhaust is fairly new. Note the car runs and drives down the road very well, and starts and stops as it should. It is really an outstanding original for the age. We were shocked to see the original paperwork, the spare, jack, etc. We cannot warranty any parts and as with any vintage vehicle, they are always a project in some way. Please note this before bidding if you are looking for a vehicle that will operate like a new vehicle. Collector cars are many times tempermental and reliability can be a factor on some. We also did not test each accessory or feature, and only drove the vehicle for a short distance. Also note there are marks and dings from use and age, and the rear bumper has some minor rust issues as shown. Any of these should be trailered to their destination until the vehicle is checked over for safety (tires, etc). The title is free and clear, and we are also requiring a bill of sale be signed by the new owner stating this car is being purchased as-is. It is being sold to settle an estate. It is a straight car as you can see in the photos. The colors are great and it is very old school.
