Up for bidding is a beautiful convertible 1983 911SC. This car is the first convertible Porsche introduced in mid 1983. Original Porsche red exterior. Flawless tan interior with original Porsche leather seats. Completely stock. 3.0L six cylinder engine, 5-speed manual transmission, power windows, cruise control and air conditioning. There is no rust and the paint still retains its original shine but does have a few chips caused during routine driving and transport. It does show typical wear that you would expect from a 30 year old vehicle - there is no evidence of any collision history . Interior is in good condition with no cracks in dash and only missing the radio. The carpet and seats are very good and the top fits and seals well, which are all original. The car has been stored for quite some time and have not been driven for the past 10 years. The car was being started regularly until my father got sick so has not been started in over 3 years. This car looks gorgeous going down the road but unfortunately needs a fuel pump and maybe a filter. The car turns over but will not crank. It has been in the family for nearly 20 years and always garaged. Also winning bidder gets the original Porsche rims that came with it. The car came from Michigan a couple weeks ago and is currently here in Florida. This car will be a great project for someone just want to move on from it because of personal reasons.
