SPRING IS FINALLY HERE !!!! And up for auction is my version/replica of a vintage Indian board track racer from the early 1900's. This replica may look as if it was just pulled it out of an old crumbling barn; but in reality it was just finished this past week. I've been enjoying some much needed sunshine while "test" riding her around town for the past few day. This bike was completely Hand crafted by custom motorcycle builders, right here in the heartland of America. The "barn find" finish give this bikes that great nostalgic feeling one would expect from a bike of that era. These bikes are crafted with completely NEW parts that are only finished to look old and worn. Each bike is a one off build. Bike is completely functional and gets up to about 40mph. With fantastic MPG's from the 80cc 2 stroke motor, the joy of riding to the corner store or all the way across town is up to you. The extremely simplistic 80cc motor is virtually maintenance free! Simply make sure she has fuel and go... As much as I enjoy building these bikes, the true fun is in all the conversation and people you meet when they see you riding one of these bikes around town ! So many people from different walks of life all seam to have a common draw to them. Many people like to ask questions and take a few photos, and the great thing is they are always smiling. As much fun as they are to ride around town, they are just as fantastic as a functional art peace for an office, den, or as that attention grabbing conversation peace for your/his man cave. The pictures where taken on 3/30/14 and represent the bike as it sits ready to ship to the door step of the highest bidder !!! I am centrally located in the US being just outside of Chicago IL, therefore shipping costs are relatively the same no matter where it is to be shipped in the lower 48. Bike can be shipped in a few different way. 1) It can be crated in a bike shipping crate and sent Via FedEx. 2) It could be shipped though a vehicle/motorcycle shipping company. Or Winning bidder can pick bike up in person from my shop. Feel free to contact me for shipping quotes. Simply message me and include your zip code and I will get you a quote ASAP. I will ship bike to anywhere, however international buyers please do a little research into the importation and customs taxes/fees you will have to pay before bidding. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer !!! As stated above, I will assist with quotes if needed. A deposit of $300 is due within 24hrs of auction end via PayPal. The remaining balance less the deposit can be made via bank to bank transfer, cashiers/certified check, cash in person at pickup or I will except the payment in full via PayPal if buyer pays the paypal transaction fees in addition to,(on top of), the purchase price. Please note that bike is a custom vehicle and may require some adjusting for the comfort/size of the individual rider, such as handle bar and seat position. Both easily done with simple hand tools.
