Dirt Bike Magazine calls the XR650L one of the best buys in used bikes. I am selling this bike as is and as a mechanic's special. It is currently not running. It tries to start up but won't. It has a high end carb on it with no choke which makes it hard to start up cold anyway. I bought this bike at the beginning of August 2013, rode it a few times, had a blast and then put it away for winter and now it won't start up. I am not mechanically inclined at all and do not know what is wrong with it. Since putting the bike away for winter, I have acquired a new job that leaves me no time to ride and I am also in the process of buying a house, but I really don't want to see it sit. It has a clean title that is ready to sign over. Not a salvage title and no liens. I also checked and the carfax for this can be obtained. This bike has a CR450F front end on it with the XR650L wheel. Just recently rebuilt by Binghamton Honda. Has aluminum handle bars for reduced vibration while riding. Has a DG Exhaust with quiet insert on it. With an extra White Brothers exhaust. Currently has the stock, street legal metal gas tank (with dent in it). Also comes with over-sized plastic gas tank for hours of off road riding. Comes with Edelbrock carb and I also have the stock carb with it. Street legal Scorpion tires have maybe 200 miles on them. New Motion Pro Clutch cable. K&N air filter. Temp gauge on oil filler cap. Small tear in the seat cover. Missing left side cover, but can be purchased online cheap. Currently ready to ride.
