For auction is my 1985 Toyota Van in good to excellent condition with 169k miles and working a/c and cruise control. - Even the second hand dash clock still functions perfectly! This car was originally owned by a gentleman in Colorado whose family had owned a Toyota dealership. I'm the second (or third) owner. (evidently the first owners were the purchaser and then his daughter.) It was in great shape when I purchased it about four years ago and it is even better now. I have repaired and replaced several things: fuel pump, starter, alternator, radiator, belts, exhaust system, door handles etc. I rebuilt the shifter console and had a new leather shift boot professionally made for it. I had the windows tinted all around and put in a new Pioneer stereo and some good quality door speakers. I also applied some dynamatting to the floors in the front cabin and some in the rear deck as well for interior noise reduction. These vans are very versatile and fun to drive. It's not very common to see one in such nice condition as this. Also, they are very reliable, fuel efficient and quick, compared with their German competitors (as virtually all other owners will attest!). I've added a few photos today but can take more if necessary. The under body of the van is very clean and as you can see, the headliner is in great shape with both dome lights working. In response to all questions about picking the car up: If anyone actually cares to fly into New Orleans, yes, I would be glad to pick you up at the airport (which is only a few miles away from where I live.) The van could use tires but is very much good to drive anywhere as is. Otherwise, there are several car shippers but I really have no idea what that might cost - depends on where you might live, of course but they usually do provide free quotes. -Thanks
