You are viewing my 2009 BMW F650GS Twin. I liked this bike so much I recently upgraded to a more dirt worthy F800GS. The 650 twin uses a detuned version of the F800 motor. Now having owned both I can say there is only a marginal difference in power between them. Mostly the difference is felt in the taller suspension of the F800. The F650 is probably the better road bike with it's lighter alloy wheels. My F650 is always garaged when not being ridden and the bike has had it's first service at 600 miles and a recent BMW Annual Service both performed at Morton's BMW. Originally the bike came as a low suspension model but I had Morton's BMW convert it to a regular suspension by installing a new BMW rear shock. It turns out that is the only difference between the low and regular suspension bike is the rear shock. I have the low shock available if you wish for $100. It may have 1000 miles on it. The new shock has the balance of the bikes mileage on it. I also installed a pair of Touratech 20MM bar risers. This makes the bike more comfortable to ride and easier to ride standing on the pegs if you are so inclined. I added a black front fender lip for a more sporty look. With such low miles the tires are in great condition with at least 75% tread remaining both front and rear. There are no visible scratches on the bike. It has never fallen over. I also have the regular and the low BMW seats from which you may choose. I always grease the chain and clean the bike before parking it in my garage. The pictures show the low seat which has a dip in the seating area. Both seats are in perfect condition. A couple of pictures show a BMW rear rack which has been removed. The bike really has NO SCRATCHES. Any white showing in the red paint in the pictures are reflections only. I have a clear title in hand. I live about 5 miles from Dulles International Airport and would be happy to pick you up if you choose to ride the bike home.
