This has been my project car for the last 15 years. Always garaged since I bought it. I’ve had a lot of work done on this car since I bought it and it runs and looks great. Engine has a Weber 900-2844 DGV Carburetor. Head has had a recent valve job. All cylinders are tight. No oil burning. Firewall has interior sound deadening and the hood and trunk have both been sound insulated. New heater valve gasket and heater hoses. Transmission has been replaced with a ‘74 tranny, and the overdrive works. Rear pinion seal on rear axle has been replaced. New gear shift bushing so shifting is tight. New wheel cylinders. Current odometer reading: 51,100 VIN: 16946 No rattles in this car. Solid, no rust. New engine and trunk seals. All new door gaskets and window channeling. New bumper rubber and bumper frame body grommets. New rubber hood bumpers on adjusters. New seat webbing and upholstery. New upper and lower dash caps. Headliner and carpet in good shape. Last but not least, a beautiful, shinny paint job. No scratches, no dents. Like black glass. Windshield is delaminating and needs replacing. Good news: I have both a new windshield and new gasket. Driving lights on bumper not connected. Heater ducting under the dash should be replaced, it’s brittle. Chrome is rough and could use a rechrome on bumpers and license plate light assembly. All the metal is sound, undented and would not have to be replaced, just rechromed. Clock does not work. Radio does not work, but fits perfectly in the original dash. Dash has not been carved out to fit an aftermarket radio. Original.
