this is a 1965 mustang with a lot of good options. The car is a legitimate barn find, in the condition i pulled it in. the good. the car is a 289, dual point dist, 4 barrel carb engine with original breatherhas the original 4 speed top loader transmission with hurst shifter the underside of the car shows no signs of rust holesframe rails look very good. factory radio and under dash ac is still in the carthe original interior and dash looks amazing for being 47 years oldthe car has not been altered from original and very oddly enough,.. the fuel filler is on the side of the car. there is complete lack of rust in the areas that you would normally find it. even the battery tray is without rust the bad.at some point the car had a minor accident and damaged the fenders and grill which have been removed to see the extent of the damage. it looked like someone had backed a hay trailer into it. the headliner is toast im not sure if the engine runs. this was my second choice for restoring a 1965. i opted to restore a pony car instead. I had considered taking the transmission out of this car but it would be such a waste. this car is an outstanding candidate for an easy restoration. i am selling the car with a bill of sale. it is eligible for a texas bonded title. vin is clear and only lacks the physical inspection by the dmv which is performed on wednesday in my area. I will provide the paperwork needed to accomplish this. $500 deposit at close of auction, balance within 48 hours
