Offered for sale is a very original and fairly solid 1950 Desoto Custom Sportsman 2 door pillar-less coupe. This is the first year of production for this model, and is very rare with only about 4,600 examples made in 1950. The car is mostly complete and very restorable, there is some rust as seen in the photos, with the worst in the driver’s side floor. The car was located in Oklahoma for many, many years until last year. I have not tried to turn the engine over, and the rear tires do not roll (not sure if the transmission is stuck in gear or if the brakes are seized).
