This is an amazing Mazda RX-8. Only 32K miles. Basically a baby and kept like one. Automatic Transmission with manual Tiptronic mode that will give you ease of city driving but the option of racing when you need it. Sports package with 18" alloys and tires. Limited edition Phantom Blue color which is like a deep teal and rare in RX8s. Amazing condition. Only serviced by dealership. New tires (yokohama sport around 3000 miles) brand new battery. Oil change and state test performed last month. There are some dints and scratches on the exterior that are to be expected over the last 8 years. The interior is perfectly clean except a crack that has appeared on only one small dashboard panel, on the passenger side. This is just due to heat. See pics. This panel can be easily replaced. There are no other scratches and the pics were taken without cleaning it so you may see some dirt. Single owner. Clear title. No accidents. No pets. Non smoker. The only thing that happened was i scraped the driver side against a pole but got it fixed through the dealership so its good as new. RX-8 has been rated as the best sports car for the money by Top Gear, Car and driver and other sources when matched against the likes of Nissan 350Z, Audi TT and Mustang. It has a perfect weight distribution and handles like the tires are stuck to the road. Amazing control and stability. Due to the light weight of the unique rotary it has better acceleration and control than the heavy engine cars like 350Z, Mustang and Audi TT in its class. RX-8 production halted in 2012 making them very desirable. The dealership said they cannot keep one on the lot for more than a day. At time of posting this add Carmax currently has 2 2006 Mazda's listed online with twice as many miles for around $15,000 each . I have to sell because had a baby this weekend and this is not a carseat friendly car. Also it is simply time to let go of this beauty but someone can own it for so much less than the $26,000 I paid for it back in 2006. This car has basically been mostly parked for the last 3 years. I was contracted to work out of state and I had a company car so I never registered it again since I was supposed to come back. Basically my contract extended from 1 to 2 then 3 years. During that time the car was driven an average of 100 miles a month just to keep it in good running condition. Now that I have finally returned to Houston I am selling it so there is no point renewing my registration since the new owner will have to re-register in their name. Please do not ask me silly questions like if this is stolen! You cannot have a clear title and history on a stolen car leave alone sell it on ebay. Also do not ask me after winning the bid if I will finance! I am not a dealership. I am a private owner and this is a simple cash transaction. You give me the money and take the car.
