1975 Volkswagen Westfalia Bus. You are looking at a great example of a recently restored Volkswagen Westfalia camper in great running condition and beautiful cosmetic looking. With past auctions final prices ranging from 15 to 25k it is very hard for me to set a price so I've decided to list this bus in a NO RESERVE auction. Exterior: - Very nice looking bus with straight body and rust free rockers, jack points, dog legs and cargo/front floors. - Recent paint in October 2013 with body sanded to bare metal prior to application of primer. - New rubber seals for front doors, side sliding door and engine lid. - New front VW emblem and radio antenna. - Fiberglass pop top in good condition with new Westfalia decals all around with no cracks and just 2 little holes already sealed. - New rubber seals for pop top. - Newer Firestone tires with 90% threading left. - New chrome wheel beauty rings with nice hubcaps. - New light lens for front turn signals, tail lights and side lights. - Will need window scrapers replacement. - Custom aluminum front and back license plate frames along with cool bumper D sign accessory. Interior: - Interior looks really great with Westfalia closet w/ mirror, sink, cooler, table rear seat conversion to bed and jump seat. - New upholstery in original Westfalia plaid for rear and jump seat. - Top bed with original cushions. - New laminated wood floor for cargo area. - New seat stand mats, step pads and seat stand surround mats. - Original front floor rubber mat under new black carpet mat. - Original olive green door panels. - New Mooneyes barefoot accelerator pedal, dual cup holders and leather type gear shifter knob. - New ignition switch. - Refurbished front seats with new foam pads and green vinyl covers. - Original rear hatch mosquito net. - Complete Bus Depot curtain set with vinyl straps for all rear windows and one piece front cabin curtain with button snaps. (very private during camping) - Pioneer CD player with two 120 watt speakers installed at both door panels. - New front kick panels. - Tire jack. - Clean front and back headliners. Engine, Suspension and Brakes: - Great running 1.8 engine with aprox. 2000 miles since been rebuilt. - 4 speed transmission in excellent condition with no gear pop outs nor weird noises. - New starter -New headers - Suspension is in great handling at freeway speeds up to 70-75 mph. - Bus brake on a dime. - Exact mileage unknown.
