PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING !!! this is my 1987 jaguar xjs, its very beautiful and runs very well. ive owned it for over a year with no issues at all.. shown at several local car shows. it has a very good running v-12 engine, it does not knock or ping or leak or anything unwanted. but it does idle high!! its not horrible but higher than average rpm when idle . don't really notice it much when in gear. also there is a small patch of surface rust behing the drivers door !! (please look at last picture) otherwise body is mint, the frame is also rust free and perfect, and the power steering does not work at all!! there is a hole in the line after the pump and it just shoots it right back out at you. I prefer the power steering to not work on this car, it gives me a better sense of control but that's just my personal preference, also lastly the seams in the drivers and passengers seats are no longer to gather.(was looking on ebay today, looks like every jag posted has same issue), I bought the stuff to fix it but it got boring so I stopped after fixing part of the drivers side. its only 4 seams total. about 6 inches each, .if you have any questions, please message me before bidding. im a very open and honest seller, and I don't want there to be any reasons you don't want the car after winning the auction so id like you to know as much as possible before bidding. please ask questions, and if you would even like to hear it run over the phone that can be arranged, if you would like to check it out in person before bidding that is also not a problem, im willing to go the extra miles to make sure this is the car for you before you bid or buy . thanks a bunch, have a great day, also I would liker a chance to explain my low feedback score, my previous account was in my ex girlfriends name along with the paypal account, we broke up and I was forced to start another account altho every single transaction was made by me and it was my account , it was just easier to start another than argue with her over the old one, my feed back score was 100% 155 was my score and it was 70 % from sales, my account name was circussideshowhydroexpress , thanks again for understanding my low number, asking 8500.00 cash buy it now price, if your interested in a immediate purchase please contact me and I will arrange a buy it now price .
