In a previous life, this truck was used to haul a camper and still has all the camper tie downs. I have used it to haul hay and a 300 gallon water tank for my horses. Currently showing 90,000 miles and climbing every week as I still drive it regularly. Specifications: Make: Chevrolet Model: K30 (1 ton 4x4) Camper Special Trim: Silverado GVW: 10,000 lb Engine: 6.2L diesel that runs great Transmission: SM465 4 speed manual Transfer Case: NP205 HD gear drive Axles: Dana 60 front/Dana 70 rear Tires: 6 nearly new LT255/85R16 Mud Terrain Radial SXT The good: No rust issues. Minor surface rust in spots if you look under the truck, but no major corrosion. Factory paint still covers a good portion of the frame. No dings or dents in hood, fenders, doors, cab, or bedsides. (only one dent on inside of bed on pass side inner fender) All glass is in good shape with no cracks or rock chips. Paint: 8/10 due to hood and cab roof having the typical paint issues from the 80's. Chrome: 9/10 Dual fuel tanks No major leaks or drips Recent maintenance: reman hydroboost, wiper motor, belts, fuel filters, tires, XJ steering shaft (replaces worn out rag joint for better steering), repack front wheel bearings, and checked brakes (75% remaining). The bad: Paint is down to primer in spots on hood and cab roof. Tailgate is bowed slightly like a load shifted back against it. Dash oil pressure gauge is reading low (temp mechanical gauge has been installed and reads 45+ psi at idle). Small crack in dash pad. Crack in passenger side door panel. 6x9 speaker holes cut in lower trim area of both doors. No radio installed. Missing AC Compressor. Missing headliner.
