NOTE: The engine is not currently bolted in. Includes the fixture pictured. We are selling our M3 V8 conversion project because we don't have the time to complete this project. You will need a few things to complete the swap. There is great info on the M3 forums on this conversion. 2001 BMW M3 Bare Chassis that was a flood damaged salvage title car and immediately stripped bare to prevent rust includes; Spare door(note minor damage on passenger side caused in storage) 2x-- M3 dashboards, 1x M5 dashboard, center console, shifter surround. 2x-- M5 extended leather seats Complete S62 V8 engine pulled from a minor rear end crashed M5 with 38xxx mi includes full body and engine harness and cluster. 3x-- 6 speed transmissions (1 x M5 & 2 x M3) MOST suspension components necessary to make the chassis complete. There are far too many parts to list. I have a full inventory of parts with pictures that can be sent at your request. NEARLY everything needed to complete this swap. You will need a modified N54 oil pan to clear the subframe and also the headers will need to be modified.
