Vehicle Detail
For sale is a beautiful and rare “Mistral Blue” 2000 Jaguar XKR Supercharged Convertible 2-Door. This is a very rare color and was a $2,500 paint option when new. This car was purchased used in California as a weekend get-away car for my wife who literally fell in love with the car. The car is certainly a head turner as my wife always enjoyed the adulation she received while driving it. I’m glad I’m not the jealous type but guys seem to flock to women driving hot cars. So much for all the irrational stuff, the car is a low mileage 54,646 garage kept, well maintained Jaguar. I purchased the car approximately 4.5 years ago. Runs and drives excellent with no known issues. The interior is in good condition. The leather is supple with no cracks. The car has been regularly serviced with many preventive maintenance items performed during the last 4 years: · Replaced original timing cam tensioners as recommended by Jaguar · Valve cover gaskets were replaced when tensioners were changed · Replaced water pump when tensioners were changed · Replaced rear engine coolant hoses when tensioners were changed · Replaced all (8) ignition coils and iridium spark plugs · Replaced fuel pumps with ethanol compatible pumps I have included several pictures of the car, please note the following: · Engine vents and possibly the bonnet have been over sprayed, as it is hard to detect. It was like this when I purchased the car and the condition has not changed and quite frankly it does not interfere with our enjoyment of the car. · The lower panel of the passenger door was re-painted when scratched in a parking lot. · The passenger seat control casing is missing. We are both saddened to have to sell the car but we are now hooked on Jaguars and need to make room for our new Jag.
