Everyone keeps asking for a lower price so here it is, the deal of the century, too good to pass up...................... Please be serious and have the money to back up the purchase ready and available. I will not list it again, I will wait until summer and sell it at a car show for a better price. A rare car with the CMX convertible roof conversion. There were less than 2000 made in 1983. Nice, quiet, smooth car with the 318 V8 and automatic transmission. Runs superb, drive anywhere. Everything works except the radio, it has a cassette stuck in it. Original build sheet and copy of window sticker too. Always stored in a heated garage used primarily as a vacation car with the absence of wear inside on just about all surfaces. Not totally perfect but pretty close. The paint is original except for 1 fender due to a deer strike but no color difference. There are a few chips and small blemishes. A very original car. No dents no dings. Nice original paint with a great shine. A turn key car that you can use for an elegant date night, a road trip, drive anywhere and turn heads all of the time The wheels are polished originals with new cokers to the correct whitewall width that really sets this car off as the designers intended. The wheels and tires are newly installed at a cost of $1400 with less than 100 miles. The top does not go down, but it sure looks like it would. Basically no rain, no rust, top to bottom. Heavy duty suspension with rear sway bar, original factory pin stripes and moldings, cornering lights, factory tinted windows, simulated convertible roof, leather wrapped steering wheel, door and trunk seals are all nice. The AC probably needs a re-charge. All of the controls work and their are no strange noises coming from the unit. How many legitimate show cars can you find for under $4000 that do not need mechanical or rust repairs. And a two door special model car too. A very easy way to start attending car shows as a participant not just an attendee with a good chance to win something. Make some new friends too !!!!!!!!!!!!! Yes this has won shows, It is the sporty version of the sister car the Chrysler Cordoba. The Mirada replaced the Magnum with improved ride, better MPG and lots of sound reduction The headliner does have a few loose spots that happened on one very humid day.
