Up for sale is a 1996 Jaguar Vanden Plas 4 door sedan rear wheel drive. The vehicle is in really good shape, inside and out. Interior is leather and has just minor wear on the front seat bottoms (no tears/holes) and the rear seat leather is perfect. The vehicle has about 217,500mi on it (this is my daily driver, so it is subject to be just slightly (+/- 200mi) higher than 217,500mi at the time of purchase). The vehicle runs really well for it's age/mileage - it's been well cared for. Check engine light comes on sometimes for EGR and sometimes car loses power. Restarting the car fixes it. I'm assuming it's related to the emissions problem, but I'm not sure. It won't happen for a month, then it will happen a few times in a day, then there are no problems for a while - it's very random. But this car has been getting me back and forth to work everyday for almost a year like this. Small oil leak from valve cover gasket, picture included. The ABS light comes on shortly after starting the vehicle but the brakes work normally. Aside from the couple things it needs to be 100%, this is a great car to drive, is not too bad on gas, and very quiet and smooth. 4 adults can be seated comfortably. I just had the front brake pads replaced about a month ago and the oil was just changed about 2,000mi ago. Tires look to be in really good shape with plenty of tread life remaining. I've attached the KBB and an evaluation Carmax performed as well as the Carfax. The car will go for less than perfect (KBB $4,261) because of the aforementioned things that need to be taken care of in order for the vehicle to be excellent. But the rest of the car is in such great shape and is a great car to drive and very comfortable. As I mentioned, this is currently my daily driver so this is a vehicle you can purchase and drive immediately. I have a clear title in my name and in my possession. If this vehicle is registered in by January 30th 2014, no Georgia emissions inspection is required for the Georgia registration.
