This is a special construction 250r .This bike was built as a 1988 tribute bike ,In other words this is what the 1988 model may have looked if they had not banned the import of these great machines . This bike boasts clean california titled 1986 250r frame with a 1985 250r motor. Here is a list of the special parts incorporated into this build to make it a one of a kind . 1986 350x head light assembly ,new one piece seat cover with 89 trx factory matcheds stenciling , 1988 trx 250r rims and tires , 1986 350x front rim , 1988trx250r tail light assemebly ,1987 200x key ignition , complete 1988 trx250r custom decal kit , newer rear maier plastics , newer maier tank schrouds , 1988 trx grabbar and new red fork boots The motor has been freshly painted ,the hubs and rear shock have been painted red like the88 trx . Local serious buyers are welcome to inspect he bike anytime before the end of the auction . ****About Me*** I have been selling on eBAY for over 10 years and take this seriously . Depending on what State you are located in I can ship a Bike for $250.00 to $500.00 .I am located in California .If you live in surrounding State you are looking at the $250.00 -$350.00 range .If you are in midwest to east Coast youare lookingat $350.00 to $500.00 rate . I will get exact quote at the end of the Auction . I do not make money on shipping . I ship my bikes on a flat pallet . I have shipped over 100 bikes this way .To date there has only been about 5 bikes where there has been damage done in transit . If the buyer would like to ensure that thier bike does not get damaged I am now offering building a complete wooded encloser aroungthe bikes . I will do this for the flat rate charge of $75.00 for labor and materials .
