Nice, solid 1968 Plymouth Fury III. This is a very good car. Originally from Southern California, the body is very solid, with only a couple dime sized bubbles on the right rear quarter panel behind the tire. Trunk floor is solid. Floors are solid. It had a vinyl top on it when we bought it, but did have some minor rust below the window under the top. The top was removed, the rear window and molding were removed and the rust was repaired professionally with new steel patch panels we fabricated in our facility. A new gasket was sourced and the roof was insulated and a new headliner was installed before the window went back in. We left the roof in flat back paint as we had intended to repaint the car. Paint is faded, but body is straight with no damage other than a couple minor parking lot dings. A couple of the aluminum trim pieces are in the trunk. Interior is in excellent shape. All upholstery is original with the exception of the new headliner. Carpets show some wear, but are in good shape and have no holes. Door panels are nearly perfect. Master cylinder, battery, and a couple of tires are new. Always serviced and driven sparingly. Runs and drives excellent in all regards. Typical passenger car from the late 60s. Comfortable and easy to drive. Brakes are good. Power steering and air conditioning are installed although the A/C has not been serviced. Fun, inexpensive car to enjoy and own. Mechanicals in these cars are easily and inexpensively maintained. Feel free to contact us with any questions.
