DES PLAINES HONDA You are bidding on a 1976 Honda GL1000 with 35688 miles. The bike runs and rides. The overall condition of this bike is fair to good. It will need typical service (oil change, fluid flush, etc) and will also need carb work/clean and new tires. The paint is in good condition with a few scratches here and there but the paint still shows good. The fuel tank was cleaned so there no rust inside. The bike also has a removable kick start lever that is stored in a compartment on the side of the fuel tank (see pic). The side covers are in good shape and the rims and fenders are in good shape. The seat has a small tear in it and has been covered with tape (see pic). This bike would make a great project bike or for someone who needs a second bike for parts. This bike is sold "As-Is and Shown". No reserve! Our shop is open Tuesday - Friday 10:00am to 6:00pm, and Saturdays from 9:00am to 5:00pm central time. Please feel free to come by our shop and view the items for bid (Please phone first so we may have items ready for you.). The bike is sold as-is with no warranty. This bike must be picked up at our shop, WE DO NOT SHIP! We accept postal money orders, cash and credit cards (up to $2500.00 per vehicle transaction). Illinois residents and reciprocal sales tax states please add for tax, license and title. All purchasers must add $164.30 documentation cost. For purchases over $1000.00 a deposit of $1000.00 is due within 3 days of notification of a winning bid, with the balance due within 7 days of notification. We do not ship bikes but we are glad to cooperate with your shipper. THIS AUCTION IS LIMITED TO U.S. RESIDENTS ONLY.
