1966 corvette convertible -2 tops-same family owned since new-milano maroon with biege interoir (original combo)-327/300 -powerglide automatic-runs great, shifts well-power brakes,power windows,power steering,power antenna-all original glass,including hardtop plexi-driver condition-new goldline radial tires on original kh steel wheels and hub caps-Interior is redone with new door panels,carpet,seat covers and foam,repainted dash,glove box etc.looks great!-Paint/Body is average driver condition that had 1 re-paint in the early 80's and has a key mark on the RH side that was brushed in.-Engine/Drivetrain -frame was replaced with new vette products of michigan(perfect fit) and all componants were cleaned,sandblasted-painted,or replaced.New brakes and stainless lines etc.327 has mostly original components except for block that was replaced with a late 64 870 327 block,that runs very well and looks great in the engine compartment.-has original jack/spare with lock-Chrome is driver/original condition ,stainless trim is fine-Has the original owners manualNice driving midyear with low reserve On Nov-29-13 at 06:10:16 PST, seller added the following information: new aluminized exhaust system alsoOn Nov-29-13 at 13:22:46 PST, seller added the following information: people have been asking about trim tag,i dont have room for more pics,but tag is fine and is 421BN(saddle leather)and 988AA (Milano Maroon)-its a St. Louis body.On Nov-29-13 at 20:05:41 PST, seller added the following information: The key mark on the RH side is visible in pictures and is probably in 2 areas that are about 3 ft long, in the description I said they were brushed in,but you can still see the lines, just FYIOn Dec-07-13 at 18:40:58 PST, seller added the following information: people have been asking about condition of the chrome , the front is pretty nice with some surface scratches,and were replaced sometime in the 80's.The rears are original and should be rechromed or replaced,not sure if you could see them in pics that well.To be a show car,it would need paint and the rear bumpers done.Thanks
