1968 camaro 350 rsss. Matching numbers. This is a true rsss that was restored prior to 1990. It was repainted black from original blue. The metal on this vehicle is solid, just surface rust on underside and interior. No metal has to be replaced. Car starts and runs. Transmission works fine. Original glass except for windshield dated 1971. This is a very original car. 12 bolt rear end and multiple leaf springs. Tie rods etc. new from restoration. Gages and speedometer work. The issues of the car are: The interior smells of mice which nested in back seat. The vinyl which is original is fine, just smells. The headliner will have to be repaired. Brake lights do not work but they did before I pulled the interior out to find the smell and take pictures of floor panels. Battery is bad. Hiding light panels do not work but all that is needed is for the vacuum lines to be hooked up. Horn and windshield washer do not work. Transmission leaks from sitting. No spare or jack. Clock has never worked. Dash pad has a crack. There are a few spots on the body that have bubbled. I have had this car since 1990 and have only driven it one thousand miles. The underside was absolutely clean when purchased. If you are looking for an original camaro then this is the one. I would consider a trade for a 1969-72 nova.
