1980 Jeep Golden Eagle 4x4 6 cyl 4 speed. This Jeep came from Alabama. Runs , looks, and drives great. Title & odometer read less then 30k miles. Not sure what all is original on it I bought it for a weekend summer cruiser. Many newer parts that were on this Jeep before I bought it such as: carpet, seats, exhaust, shocks, soft top and bikini top, doors,all 5 tires & wheels (32x11.50x 15s), nerf bars, brush guard, c.d. player with speakers, starter etc. Lights brakes, and transmission works as they should and doesn't smoke. Goes down the road at 60 mph with no slop in the steering wheel at all. Has never seen snow rain or water since I've owned it and always garage kept. Has no horn and gas & oil pressure gauge doesn't work and didn't when I bought it. When I was taking pics of it I saw a small dent on the inside right front of the frame (no rust on frame; see last picture). There was also a small spot fixed on back floor on underneath. I was going to undercoat the under carriage but never did (but still looks good). When its super hot outside it makes a small whistle sound that doesn't effect anything and somebody told me it could be the carb vapor locking but quits when you hit the gas pedal. The paint looks good but not quite Barret-Jackson quality. Its hard to find a CJ in this good of shape. This is a very nice Jeep that is not hidden with diamond plate and is a real head turner. Selling as is with no warranty.
