I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honstly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions cafefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a very clean 2001 Volvo S80. The S80 is the flag ship of the Volvo brand and has an excellent reputation for reliablilty, luxury and unparallelled safety. I would rate the exterior of this S80 to be in EXCELLENT CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. As you can see, this S80 shows very well. The pewter finish shows well and looks great. There is hardly a scratch or blemish to be found on the exterior of this Volvo. All of the trim is tight. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The headlights are crystal clear and light up the road very well. The alloy wheels show well, too. The rear tires have average tread. The fronts will probably need replaced in a year. Please take your time and check out each of the photos to see how clean this S80 is. I would rate the interior of this S80 to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets show well for their age. A full set of floor mats are included. The dash and headliner are clean, too. There is slight wear visible on the drivers seat but nothing unusual for the age of the car. All of the interior trim is nice and tight. The knob to the power mirror adjuster is missing but you can still adjust the mirrors properly by moving the thing that the knob attaches to. The power windows, locks and sunroof all work properly. The leather seats are supple and comfortable. A full set of manuals are included with this Volvo. The audio system is original and sounds great. It offers CD, cassette and steering wheel controls. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. The heat works well and the air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR, too. The trunk is spacious and clean. Both front seats are power operated and heated for your comfort. Even the cup holder and center storage areas open and close properly still...which is uncommon as these age. Pride in ownership shows throughout this vehicle. Mechanically, this Volvo appears to be in good running condition. The 2.9L inline six cylinder engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not see any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are very good. The suspension feels tight. The steering feels neutral and responsive. The brakes stop this luxury sedan with no issues. The engine makes good power and runs well. She keeps proper temperature and there have been no idiot lights on. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly with no issues. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight. The only complaint I have is a light occasional vibratrion in the wheel at highway speeds which means you'll probably have to replace the ball joints within the next year...which can be had right here on eBay for about $45 for the pair. I've personally put a few hundred miles on this Volvo. It has a current PA safety and emissions inspection good through 06-2014. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honstly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions cafefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction.
Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a very clean 2001 Volvo S80. The S80 is the flag ship of the Volvo brand and has an excellent reputation for reliablilty, luxury and unparallelled safety. I would rate the exterior of this S80 to be in EXCELLENT CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. As you can see, this S80 shows very well. The pewter finish shows well and looks great. There is hardly a scratch or blemish to be found on the exterior of this Volvo. All of the trim is tight. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The headlights are crystal clear and light up the road very well. The alloy wheels show well, too. The rear tires have average tread. The fronts will probably need replaced in a year. Please take your time and check out each of the photos to see how clean this S80 is.
I would rate the interior of this S80 to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for the age and mileage of this vehicle. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets show well for their age. A full set of floor mats are included. The dash and headliner are clean, too. There is slight wear visible on the drivers seat but nothing unusual for the age of the car. All of the interior trim is nice and tight. The knob to the power mirror adjuster is missing but you can still adjust the mirrors properly by moving the thing that the knob attaches to. The power windows, locks and sunroof all work properly. The leather seats are supple and comfortable. A full set of manuals are included with this Volvo. The audio system is original and sounds great. It offers CD, cassette and steering wheel controls. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. The heat works well and the air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR, too. The trunk is spacious and clean. Both front seats are power operated and heated for your comfort. Even the cup holder and center storage areas open and close properly still...which is uncommon as these age. Pride in ownership shows throughout this vehicle.
Mechanically, this Volvo appears to be in good running condition. The 2.9L inline six cylinder engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not see any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are very good. The suspension feels tight. The steering feels neutral and responsive. The brakes stop this luxury sedan with no issues. The engine makes good power and runs well. She keeps proper temperature and there have been no idiot lights on. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly with no issues. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight. The only complaint I have is a light occasional vibratrion in the wheel at highway speeds which means you'll probably have to replace the ball joints within the next year...which can be had right here on eBay for about $45 for the pair. I've personally put a few hundred miles on this Volvo. It has a current PA safety and emissions inspection good through 06-2014. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.

Winning Bidders:

Full payment is due within 7 day of the auction's end. The prefferred method is to bring cash in person to complete the sale. If you are unable to bring cash in person within seven days or will ba having the vehicle shipped, we also accept Certified Checks, USPS Postal Money Orders, and wire transfer.
PayPal is not an accepted payment method. This includes Bill Me Later. We cannot accept personal Checks.
Vehicles that are not picked up within 14 days of auction's end will be charged a $10/day storage fee, unless other arrangments are made.
Non-paying Bidders:
We take great pride in our work and are very serious about what we do. Likewise, we expect the people who bid on our auctions to be serious about honoring their bid. If you are the successful bidder for any of our auctions and do not pay for your vehicle within the specified time, an Unpiad Item case willbe opend with eBay. This can severely restirct yur ability to purchse from all eBay sellers. You will be charged a $249 re-listing fee. All unpaid fees will be handed over to a collection agency and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, etc., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are able to complete most tag, registration, and title work, as well as collect sales tax, for Pennsylvania residents. We cannot issue temp tags or collect sales tax for out of state buyers. If you need a temp tag, there is a location nearby that can issue one to you. We can assist you in that process.
